Bloom With Therapy
Therapy for transitions, identity shifts, and the brave work of becoming yourself.
Bloom With Therapy is a space where you can finally set it down — the pressure, the performance, the parts of you that were never really yours — and begin growing something true.
Therapy with me isn’t about chasing perfection or fixing what’s “wrong.”
It’s about slowing down, getting honest, and finally feeling safe enough to breathe again.
I bring grounded clinical experience and a deeply attuned presence.
I notice the deeper threads — the quiet patterns, the parts you’ve learned to hide — and I’ll gently name them when it feels safe, so you can grow from them, not around them.
You don’t have to translate your experience here.
You don’t have to carry it all alone.
Together, we’ll unlearn what’s kept you small.
We’ll reclaim your voice, your boundaries, your truth.
Therapy simply creates the space to bloom into your real self, rooted in truth, not survival.
At Bloom with Therapy, I support adults in seasons of transition — the in-between spaces where the old ways no longer work, but the new ones haven’t quite taken root yet.

hello, I’m Lauren
My career in social work began with grassroots organizing—supporting communities impacted by housing, environmental, and economic injustice. Over the years, I’ve worked across systems: from policy and advocacy to clinical care, always driven by the belief that growth is possible, even in the hardest moments.
I’ve supported individuals and families navigating homelessness, chronic illness, loss, and major life transitions. These experiences led me to pursue my Master’s in Social Work and deepen my commitment to healing work.
I believe pain can be a turning point—not because it defines us, but because it reveals the patterns and possibilities that want to shift. As a therapist, I help people reconnect with themselves and grow what’s next, from the inside out.
Outside of therapy, I’m a mom of two, a dog lover, and an outdoor enthusiast who finds joy in vintage treasures, good books, and creative spaces.
This is more than talk therapy — it’s a space for deep, lasting change.
Together, we’ll slow down, get curious, and grow something real.
