Nope. We’ll go at your pace. We might start with what’s happening now — the relationships, the stuckness, the shutdowns — and gently trace it back when you’re ready. I believe in consent-based therapy. Nothing gets forced.

We can meet in a way that fits your life, your nervous system, and your energy levels.

Some insurances are accepted, and a number of limited sliding scale spots are offered — ask if one’s available. For private pay, I offer superbills for insurance reimbursement if needed.
